1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Blog Machine ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use of Service

Blog Machine is an AI-powered platform that generates blog content and automatically posts it to WordPress sites. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
  • Transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages than reasonably necessary
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification
  • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Credits and Billing

4.1 Credit System

Blog Machine operates on a credit-based system. Each credit enables the generation of one complete blog post and automatic posting to WordPress. Credits are purchased in advance and do not expire.

4.2 Pricing

Pricing for credits is displayed on our pricing page and may vary based on the number of credits purchased. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect credits already purchased.

4.3 Payment

All payments must be made in advance. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

4.4 Refunds

Refund policies are outlined in our Refund Policy. Generally, credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy.

5. Content Generation

5.1 AI-Generated Content

Blog Machine uses artificial intelligence to generate blog content. While we strive for high-quality output, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may require review and editing
  • You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of generated content
  • You should verify facts and claims in generated content

5.2 Content Ownership

Upon generation and payment, you own the content generated for your account. You are free to use, modify, and publish this content as you see fit.

5.3 Content Restrictions

You agree not to use Blog Machine to generate content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
  • Includes false or misleading information

6. WordPress Integration

Blog Machine can automatically post generated content to your WordPress site via the WordPress REST API. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate WordPress credentials
  • Ensure you have proper authorization to post content to the WordPress site
  • Maintain the security of your WordPress credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all content posted to WordPress through the Service

We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect WordPress credentials or unauthorized access to your WordPress site.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Service Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Blog Machine and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content

You retain ownership of all content you generate using the Service. You grant Blog Machine a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOG MACHINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, any unused credits will remain in your account and can be used until exhausted.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
