Blog Machine operates on a credit-based system where credits are purchased in advance. Once credits are purchased and payment is processed, credits are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or as specified in this policy.

2. Credit Purchase Policy

2.1 Non-Refundable Credits

Credits purchased through Blog Machine are generally non-refundable once the purchase transaction is completed. This is because:

  • Credits are immediately available for use upon purchase
  • Credits never expire and can be used at any time
  • Our Service provides immediate value upon credit purchase

2.2 Unused Credits

If you have unused credits in your account, you may continue to use them at any time. Credits do not expire and can be used indefinitely. We do not provide refunds for unused credits.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

3.1 Service Failure

If Blog Machine fails to provide the Service as described due to a technical failure on our part, you may be eligible for a refund of credits used during the failure period. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the service failure.

3.2 Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase, you may request a refund for the duplicate transaction within 7 days of the purchase date. Refund requests must include proof of the duplicate transaction.

  • Issues arising from incorrect WordPress credentials or configuration

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting us, we may:

  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Dispute the chargeback with your payment provider
  • Take legal action if necessary

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
